This notice explains how information is handled through the public AHHA website, its contact form, recruitment application and optional applicant account. It is separate from any patient Notice of Privacy Practices or other service-specific privacy notices. Please contact AHHA for information about the privacy practices that apply to your care.

Information you provide
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and message. The recruitment application collects the information requested in the application, including contact details, job preferences, education and credentials, work and residential history, references, required consents, signature and your uploaded resume. Please review your resume and the application before submitting. Do not include your Social Security number. The public contact form and website assistant are not intended for detailed medical information or emergencies.
Applications and optional accounts
Applications and resumes are submitted to AHHA’s intake mailbox. Application records are also stored in the website’s private recruitment system. After submission, you may request an optional account to track application status. Account setup and verification use your email address. An account is not required to apply. Creating an account does not make your application public.
How information is used and routed
Contact information is used to respond to inquiries. Application information is used to process recruitment applications and administer applicant status tracking. Contact-form notifications and recruitment packets route to intake@ahha.health. Candidate account-verification and password-reset messages are sent to the candidate’s email address. Website hosting and email systems process information needed to operate these features.
Website assistant
The automated website assistant searches information from AHHA’s published website pages. Questions entered into this assistant are processed in your browser and are not submitted to AHHA or an external AI service by the assistant. Its conversation is kept only in the current page session and is not saved by the assistant. It cannot provide medical advice, make hiring decisions or connect you to a live staff member. Use the contact form, telephone or email when you need our team.
Technical information and cookies
Website systems may process IP addresses, request information and browser information for operation, security, spam prevention and troubleshooting. Anti-abuse controls use time-limited counters derived from IP addresses. Applicant sign-in uses WordPress authentication cookies; logging out ends the sign-in session. You can manage cookies through your browser, but blocking authentication cookies can prevent account sign-in.
Embedded content and third-party features
The website uses functional third-party components, which may include maps, fonts and accessibility tools. When your browser loads third-party content, its provider receives the information needed to deliver that content and may apply its own cookies and privacy practices. External links take you to websites operated by others. Review the relevant provider’s privacy information before using those features.
Storage, access and retention
Recruitment records and account information remain in the website’s systems until removed by authorized administrators; there is no automatic deletion date configured for application records. Email copies, hosting logs and backups are managed separately by AHHA and its service providers. Contact intake@ahha.health for retention information or to request access, correction or deletion. Requests may require identity verification and consideration of applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Security and your choices
The recruitment system uses private records, access controls, encrypted stored application data, file restrictions and anti-abuse checks. Email notifications and attachments are handled by AHHA’s email systems. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Changes to this notice
The effective date identifies this version. Updates to website features or information handling may require a revised notice.
